Chris shows clients how to integrate Lean Operating Principles into the organization.  The approach most companies take is to train and certify as many people as possible.  They then assign improvement projects to these specially designated individuals.  This approach never gets integrated into the fabric of the organization because improvement because a "specialization" instead of everyone's responsibility.  Chris shows team members how they can quickly identify and remove waste from their processes while changing the mindset of the entire team.
