Chris Driscoll founded the Driscoll Consulting Group after working for several years as an industry executive. Since its launch, Driscoll Consulting Group has delivered management consulting services to the leading companies in biotech and pharma. That means we have the benefit of hands-on experience gained on the inside and broad industry exposure gained on the outside.

Driscoll Consulting Group is currently coaching nearly 100 biotech and pharma leaders. CEO Chris Driscoll has coached leaders across industries in 19 countries over the last 20 years. He’s a certified Master Trainer and Master Coach from the International Center for Accelerative Learning, a company he co-directed in the 1990s. Chris is also a lecturer at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

The first meeting takes place in person. We’re a global company so geography is not an obstacle and we will come to you for the first meeting. This can take place in your office and the time usually ranges from 1 to 2 hours.
We then move to a remote coaching arrangement where we schedule telephone conversations at an agreed upon interval and duration. Typically these are 30 to 60 minute conversations every 2 to 3 weeks.
We have a toolkit of surveys and assessments and, depending upon your experience and interest, we will apply the right one(s) for you. Also, you will receive a copy of Chris Driscoll’s book, “Managing the Core” as a study guide for the coaching process.
